The greeter at the entrance lets the driver know where to go to find a spot, and within about five minutes the shuttle comes to pick you up!

I like ease of reserving a parking spot and having the shuttle pick you up and drop you off at your car. Always plenty of spaces available. Shuttle staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very convenient! The bus was there almost as soon as we got to the parking lot going and then on the way back the bus pulled up as soon as we walked up. We have used the Parking Spot many times and it is great!
