Convenience of scheduling and use of the app, including payment and tipping. Ease of pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the terminal.
Very efficient process from entering the lot to being shuttled quickly to our terminal and on the return the process is very seamless as there's very little time after securing our luggage to finding the shuttle and returning to our car in a timely manner.
