Fantastic service from parking to pick up to exit. It was the first time I used the service and it will not be the last. Everyone was so friendly & professional. I am very happy with the service.

I was amazed at how easy and simple everything was. Right when we parked there was a shuttle and the gentleman loaded our bags. As soon as our plane landed, there was a shuttle and again, dropped at our car where our bags were unloaded for us.

Convenience, however when you are late and need to pay an extra day after paying ahead, just take it auto magically and don’t make me swipe a card. Especially in bad weather!!

Booking ahead, quick shuttle, a nice cold bottle of water on our way out after a long travel day.

Everyone is very friendly.
But I really don’t understand why there isn’t a way to call for your car after you land on the app- there should just be something you click. I always pull up the app, but between getting my luggage and heading out to catch the shuttle, I don’t want to stop to call in my ticket number- seems so antiquated. Just add that to the app and I will be extremely happy!!

Great service, super easy to use, love the app and the pickup from your parking spot. This was the first time I experienced, when at the airport waiting to be picked up, a full shuttle going by and having to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next one. Not the biggest issue in the world but it seemed like the shuttles went to one side first and I was on the second side so the first side filled the van. Thanks!

Something was wrong with the first shuttle and it was a very jerky ride but other than that it was all good

The location, security of my vehicle, and the convenience of the shuttle are all a very important part of what you provide.

Checking in is an easy process. The shuttle wait time has always been less than 10min. Drivers are friendly and informative. Leaving the parking spot is easy as well.

I have really valued The Parking Spot when I am traveling out of DFW. I could always count on being picked up as soon as I parked and an efficient ride to the terminal. My last 2 visits have not gone so smoothly, especially this last one.

Upon entering covered parking, I was directed to an aisle with zero open spots. After finding a space in another aisle, my 83-year-old mother and I waited far too long for a pickup:

First, we watched as the shuttle that should have picked us up leave. Then another go down the an adjacent aisle then turn away from us. I walked to the end of the row to wave a shuttle down. He drove on. Finally I saw another shuttle in another neighboring aisle, waved my arms in frustration, and walk in front of it to get the drivers attention.

The driver then drove timidly and extremely slowly. It was as if she was afraid of the traffic. The most frustrating part was it took 1 hr to finally reach the terminal after parking.
