I love being able to pre-book and pay and not have to pay either entering or exiting.

Three geipes:

1.) Better signage needed to signify entrance off freeway. Entry just springs at you, especially bad if entering at nighttime.

2.) Better machine to reach code on phone at entry. End up turning phone this way and that way. Even the on-duty attendant had issues and commented this happens all the time.

3.) Need another exit other than direct onto freeway. Hard to get out without being run over.

Economical, safe, expedient. Workers are kind and helpful.

My husband and I both have mobility issues. We were so happy to find out that the The Parking Spot made provisions so that since I am not able to climb into the shuttle, they have other
provisions. We pulled up in our vehicle. One of the staff drove us to the airport in our vehicle then took it to the Parking Spot. When we got back in town, one of the staff brought our vehicle
to the Pick Up Spot outside of the Baggage Claim. Fantastic service !!

The last two trips I have taken- the shuttle is at the baggage claim as soon as I get down the escalator. Instant pickup..

This was the big snow weekend. I was worried about digging out my car but the rows were well plowed and I was able to back out of my spot with no issues.
