Great service great value! Bus drivers are awesome. Recommend all day!
the new App is very helpful and the staff can also make or break the experience.
We really like being able to park and get picked up and then getting picked up after the trip and dropped off at our car.
Even using a sale rate, it has gotten very expensive to park at the Parking Spot.
Easy in & out. Quick pickup & helpful drivers.
Efficient check-in, check-out/payment process
The covered parking
I absolutely love using The Parking Spot when I travel! I feel so much more comfortable knowing exactly where my car is parked while I’m away on vacation. I also love that I can keep my keys with me instead of handing them over to someone else. It gives me peace of mind knowing that no stranger has access to my vehicle or belongings. It’s convenient, secure, and takes one more worry off my mind when I’m traveling. I highly recommend The Parking Spot!
Appreciate management calling to discuss my previous issues and concerns.

Great services and easy parking
I like the convenience, the fast service getting me to and from the airport, and the opportunity to earn discounts and free days.
Shuttle drivers are very helpful, courteous.
Front desk staff member also helpful.
The driver pick you up from your car, both drivers were nice and pleasant.
great service, friendly workers all trying hard to insure a smooth and quick trip to and from the airport, and pick up as well. I goofed and put in my return time as am not pm and got snagged for an additional day. I did not like that.
