Polite drivers and quick pick up
Inexpensive and convenient
Self service was simple to use at both entry and exit. The driver pickup was timely to and from the airport. The drivers were courteous. The one issue i would say is that at airport pickup, I did not find any phone number to call when we arrived. We waited outside for the next bus, which is not the issue. there were many people queued up for the bus back to the lot. possibly work out a more effective way for additional busses during peak arrival times. Thank you

The Parking Spot is so convenient and cost effective. The shuttle is almost always right there waiting for us and check-in and check-out are super easy and fast.

Usually quick to pick me up on both ends. When the driver is friendly ( ans they often are) p helps with my bags I give a generous cash tip. If no help with bags I don’t.

The location and ease of parking are ideal. I initially had an issue related to the modification of the reservation that almost caused me to walk away from this company, but was surprised by the promptness and professionalism of the customer service agent (David) that helped me. Clearly this company cares about their customers. I would happy recommend them to anyone trying to navigate parking around LAX.

This was my first time to ever use a service like this. You came highly recommended. It was easy to pay ahead and scan our code to exit. Your employee directed us to a spot. The shuttle drivers were excellent, so nice. I'll use again.

Near the airport
They pick you up at your car, they help you with your luggage, they pick you up really quick when you arrive from your flight, they are very friendly, you get free water!
Great service. Shuttle was quick to pick me up even through it was 5 am.
It is less expensive than inside airport parking. Just give it an extra 30 minutes and you should be fine.
