The evening I arrived the temperature was @ 7-8 degrees so I was thrilled to see the shuttle waiting when I exited the airport. When we got to the lot my car was waiting, on and heat blowing, getting me on the road home very quickly.

I have one complaint about The Parking Spot - in the last year i decided to prepay which I had never done before and as it turned out my husband needed unexpected surgery and we had to cancel our trip. I notified the office 3 days in advance and was told there would be no refund, I thought ok, but no credit either. Really?? After being a customer since the first day you opened at BDL and using your services faithfully a few times every year, not even a credit. So here's my plan going forward - I'll never prepay again, and for any extended trips I'll probably start using Uber.

Easy to book on line. Love the QR code being sent the day of arrival. Valet service is quick & easy (highly recommend over self park) & my car is consistently ready when I arrive for pick up. At airport shuttle is easy to locate & I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. Nice drivers & clean buses.

I always book the uncovered valet parking. Easy to book online, dropping off and exiting the parking lot when I leave. The valet person the last two times I picked up my car was very polite and friendly.

Easy to use app to reserve parking needs.

1st time using the app to call for a shuttle after 11pn arrival. App showed a phone number tab to call and an “ok” tab. Clicked on the number tab but nothing happened. Tried several times with same result. Family member was able to call the.number to get a shuttle. Somewhat comfusing.
