I tried the valet parking for the first time. It was a great experience and not much more cost than my normal, which is covered self park.
Easy, direct pick up and drop off by my car. Friendly and helpful staff on shuttles.
Very convenient and easy to get to and from airport.
The only issue I had was at the exit. One booth was closed but you couldn’t tell til you got up to the kiosk and it just wouldn’t work.
So i had to back up luckily there was nobody behind me
And when I went to the other one, I was able to make the transaction, but I was not able to print a receipt
Someone else pulled up to the other kiosk, and they also had to back up because it was not working. The screen said closed

So here's the deal. I use this location for two reasons - #1, because it's what I was using before my employer told us to. #2 - because my employer told us to. :-) When I've reached out to Terry for assistance with my corporate account, well, Terry is highly responsive.
One thing that has steadily improved is the friendliness and timliness of the drivers/shuttles. The WEST shuttles sometimes seem to lagin their airport curb pick up cadence COMPARED TO the red South shuttles that cruise on by, but it has gotten so much better over the past 3-4 months. I also appreciate that when my gigantic suitcase is just too clunky for me, most drivers help. I tip no matter what, but this definitely helps.
The app is also super easy to use!
The most recent navigation signage in the parking lot while you work on construction has improved a great deal too - especially when it's late at night, as most of my work trips have me coming back when it's late and dark, it definitely helps to navigatge my exit - especially as a female traveler.

The lot is convenient to the airport. There are plenty of parking spots. The lot is well marked and plenty of lighting. The shuttles are very clean. The shuttle’s are quick to pick you up at your car and the airport. The shuttle drops you off at your car. The free bottle of water upon exiting the lot is a plus after a plane ride. The people working in the booth are very friendly. The drivers are friendly and courteous while helping with the luggage. The drivers are careful not to speed or go in and out of traffic.
The convenience, the willingness to go above and beyond to get us to the airport quickly, the pricing options (self park, covered parking, etc.) and the services like detailing available.
