Vans are easy to track on the App.
Not too far from airport. Driver of shuttle is always friendly and helpful with our luggage etc. -Would like it if there was some sort of discount if you are parking more than a week, more than 2 weeks etc. It can be pricey for just leaving your car in a lot.
Never had a problem and always on time at the airport
Your staff were great and very friendly/helpful. When we got back from our trip my car battery was dead and my key hole was seized up so we couldn’t get into our car. The staff brought us anti-seize lubricant and a jump pack trying to help us. When that didn’t work, they allowed us to sit in their office to stay warm until a locksmith could get there. When ever I fly out of Pittsburg, this is the place I’ll park thanks to the customer service the team went above and beyond on. Thank you
Registration was easy; directions easy and Bus was there at time of going to the airport and when returning - very easy!

Friendliness of staff from entry booth to the driver's. It is convenient, easy and prompt. It is appreciated to be picked up and dropped off at our vehicle and the drivers are extremely helpful in the handling of your luggage from start to finish. Very pleased. We used to use another service right next to Midway but found them to be extremely rude and unorganized Although your location is slightly further, the promptness, ease and friendliness of your staff will keep us coming back to the Parking Spot. I previously used other parking lots at the Denver airport, and when I would get dropped off by the shuttle I would have to find my car and found out about your company and decided to give it a try. I love being picked up at my car and being dropped off at my car because I feel so much safer. Your drivers are always friendly and so helpful.
