I’m 70 now and appreciate the baggage help from driver and gladly tip. The driver on this trip put my bags straight in my car. Making my reservation online was super easy paid for it. All taken care of each staff. I dealt with was bend over backwards, helpful, friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better interaction. It’s the only place I park when I go to the airport.

Good service. It took a little while for pickup at the airport, don’t know if they were short staffed but the bus was full with passengers. Several others not being picked up due to no room.

Make the website allow one to extend a stay using points...especially if used points for the current/initial stay

Everybody was friendly. The pricing is a bit high. I didn't appreciate the surprised charge at the end of my stay... the attendant told me many people have that issue.
