Easy drop off and pickup
Very reasonable and most importantly, the frequency of the shuttle service. More often than not, I have waited in excess of 30 minutes for other off site parking shuttles. Not so with The Spot. Within minutes of retrieving my bags and stepping out to the designated pick up area, the shuttle is coming to wisk me off to my car. After a long arduous flight, you have no idea how important that is to a weary traveler like me.
I've used The Parking Spot North at BWI for every work trip over the past several years thanks to my company's partnership with them, and they have consistently provided excellent service. They offer both covered and uncovered parking options, giving travelers flexibility depending on their preferences and budget.
One of the biggest advantages is the shuttle service. The shuttles are always running, and I've rarely waited more than five minutes for pickup, whether heading to the airport or returning home. The drivers are friendly, the lots are easy to navigate, and the overall experience makes travel much less stressful.
My only minor criticism is the prominent tipping prompts for shuttle drivers. While I appreciate the drivers' hard work and am happy to tip for great service, I believe tipping should be voluntary and come from the generosity of customers rather than feeling like an expectation.
Overall, The Parking Spot North is reliable, convenient, and has been a dependable part of my travel routine for years. I would definitely recommend it to anyone flying out of BWI.

Covered spots, close to terminal, pick up at csr, spot location card from driver, able to reserve and reminders with QR code included, clear directions on where to park so you don’t wander. I’m 70 now and appreciate the baggage help from driver and gladly tip. The driver on this trip put my bags straight in my car. I feel your organization patterns your services from what a customer would appreciate
