Very easy to drive in and out of the parking lot. Lots of employees available to help. Someone helped me drive in to scan my code, someone helped me and pointed me in the right direction to park, and my return driver, Aboldean, really went above and beyond in helping me follow him to the exit. The lady in the booth was very nice because I do not have a printer at home, so I couldn't show her the QR code.

Covered facility is great and the fast shuttle service to and from the airport.

Shuttle was fairly quick to pick us up from the airport. Picking us up from our car to transport to the airport took about 20 min. standing out in the cold which wasn't so great.

Great drivers and parking was good!

Very convenient and easy to change your reservation even the day of. I had to change it multiple times during my trip home due to flight delays, there were no issues and the price never changed. When we arrived back at my car, I had a dead battery. I don't remember the 2 gentleman that helped me, sorry it was a hectic day, but they got my battery charged, jumped, and on the road. Not what I wanted to come home to, but they made it a pleasant experience.

Very reliable and friendly service

The driver pulled up soon as we parked, helped with luggage, got us to the airport within minutes. When we got back to DFW the driver was right there very helpful and got us to our car with no problems. Will be using again when I have to travel

Parking at this location was easy and quick. There were attendants available at the entrance to guide you to the correct parking area based on your selection. The shuttle was immediately notified where to pick you up. Construction in and around IAH is slow, but the drop off and pick up were easy and quick. I've used The Parking Spot at both IAH and HOU and enjoy the convenience and quality of service they provide. I would highly recommend.

I’ve used this place several times and every time it’s been great. Shuttles are available right away to drop off and take back to the parking area.

I honestly believe that the employees and the excellent service they provided created the perfect beginning of my trip. The staff are super professional, helpful, and kind. These are difficult times and I anticipated the government shutdown to impact every facet of my trip.
