Pickup atvehicle with minimal waiting and drop-off at airport at assigned terminal. Also drop off at vehicle when returning. Easy to navigate your parking lot

I like that it is convenient location near BWI and like it that the driver comes and pick you up in front of your car and drop you off in front of your car.

Check in is super efficient, pick up by shuttle after parking is almost immediate, quick drop off at proper terminal all easy. I have never had any aspect of a stay go wrong.

The premium service is awesome. Being under cover saved my car from a hailstorm just as I was arriving.
Ease of booking. Attendant lets us know where to park. Drivers gives us a reminder card. Prepay, scan and drive away. Couldn’t be easier!

Overall, great option for parking. Easy access off I-10. Shuttle was quick to show up both ways. The luggage rack on one shuttle was not bolted fully to the wall of the shuttle. Need to fix that. The suspension on the shuttle was pretty bad and the ride from the airport back to the lot was really rough. But overall, I'll use this service again.
The drivers are very courteous and act like they don’t mind being at work.

Everyone who works at the Parking Spot south is so friendly and kind and always available. if I am getting into my car late at night, the driver almost always makes sure that I can start my car before he drives away.
