Making the reservation and checking in was easy. The shuttle picked us up right away and I knew my car would be safe.

Upon returning early in the morning after being up for 48 hrs and feeling very exhausted, we were greeted by the nicest man (I hate I didn't get his name) who was so helpful, made us laugh and feel better. He explained he checkout process - which was easy.

I will definitely use The Parking Spot again and will be sure to tell friends about it.

The Parking Spot at Midway Chicago is so easy to get to and the service is awesome! We are new to the service having used it twice & another reservation at the end of the month. Both times we arrived and went to our assigned aisle. We no sooner got our luggage out and they were picking people up & coming our way. The drivers we have had are very friendly, loading and unloading our luggage. They drop passengers off at their departing airlines. On the return trip everything goes just as smoothly getting picked up at Ground Transportation close to Charter Bus area. We will continue to use the Parking Spot as they take care of travelers using Midway Airport & make it a stress-free experience!

I used the Parking Spot for the first time and was very pleased with the process. I entered the garage easily and parked. The bus responded quickly to take me over to the airport. Very friendly driver. Upon my return, I thought pick up would be in the same place as drop off. The card given to me had directions but it took me a minute to find this area. Upon finding the pick up spot at the airport, the driver was standing outside the door of her bus to assist customers. The bus left in a timely manner and dropped me off right behind my car. The garage was very well lit and I felt comfortable arriving home at night. Exiting the garage was easy and I will definitely use this garage again.
