Friendly drivers. Easy pickup and drop off
Very helpful staff in all phases & they try to pick you up s immediately as possible. Really appreciate their ability & willingness to assist!
Quality lot, easy parking, quick shuttle pick up to LAX.
Large covered area
I was going to say 10/10, but I've found cheaper rates elsewhere. I do love parking with The Parking Spot. I would recommend my colleagues/friends look for additional discounts and not just rely on the university discount for the best rate.
Didn’t have to wait for shuttle at the parking lot or airport. They were always ready it seemed and close to airport.
Punctuality at all times!!!
It clean and quick service. Not scary for a woman alone at night.
Convenient drop off, short wait to get picked up.
Easy to make and easy egress and with the discount a no brainer.
They take you promptly to the airport. Courteous staff
Quick easy and dependable
We have used parking spot many times and were happy with the service. However, this time we waited a half hour after parking for a ride to the airport as the first van was full and we had parked before the people he picked up, plus it was hot out. Those that park first should be picked up first.
Convenience to airport; small wait time & on time; friendly staff; helpful assistance with luggage; reasonable prices.
Efficient, the drivers are always helpful with luggage. Have parked her many times and happy to say no issues.
Car to gate timely service
Easy online service.. in and out easy.. cordial stafff!
Efficient
Jack were plentiful and quick. They were polite and even a little energizing at times. As a quick and fairly reasonably priced place to keep my car for a week while out of town.
Easy
Price
Always on time and convenient to airport
Both my pickups went well
The convenience, the fair price the distance away from the airport and also the availability of open spaces to park whenever I needed
Convince & staff service
Quick and easy ride everytime
Friendly, prompt drivers of the Shuttles, great, covered parking spaces and reliability that I/we have relied on for over 30+ years.
Easy pick up coming and going
The parking lot was easy to access with my QR code. The covered parking is convenient, but a bit tight, but worth the extra cost. The driver was quick to pick us up, and load our luggage. We were transported to the airport in time to check in for our flight.
It was a delay getting picked up from the airport and transported back to the parking lot. The 10 minute wait on the sign seemed longer but we were able to get to our vehicle without issue.
Convenience, pleasant drivers and service, and recently had to reach out to Customer Service for help with a pricing issue which was resolved in a timely manner.
