I like price but especially the bottled water after plane ride and car wash weather permitting.
The staff is friendly, fast and ready to help. You are picked up so fast that you can get out of the car and the shuttle is there to get you. Great rates and loyalty perks.
Helpful attendant when entering lot to park. Shuttle picked up quickly. Drivers assisted with luggage onboarding both heading to the airport and when returning. Drivers were personable and professional. Shuttle was already parked at the airport on our return trip to the lot.

Convenience. A shuttle was pulling away as I walked up to the sign at the pickup location. I was the first person to enter the shuttle, the driver called my valeted car, and we sat until the entire shuttle was full. When we arrived to the lot, my car was the only one not waiting for me—all the other riders who loaded the shuttle after me had their cars ready and waiting on them. Part of why I always choose Parking Spot Plus with the valet service, especially in the winter, is that my car is usually waiting for me and on the way to being warm. It was very disappointing.

Very simple process to create a reservation, park, shuttle to/from the airport, and head home after a trip!
Drop off was very easy. However, I couldn't load the pick-up app on my phone to notify you were were back. Couldn't find where to load it. Luckily there was a van coming in, so we hopped on that without letting you know we had picked up our bags and were ready for pick-up.
Otherwise a good experience.
