The process is easy. It's a little confusing with the different lots, be sure and take a picture if your ticket! (I lost mine). I had a picture though and they got me to my car with ease.

The driver also helped me get my heavy suitcase on and off the bus, and even helped me get it into the trunk of my car! (I unfortunately have a severe spinal condition and I REALLY appreciated that!).

Parking Spot 2 is a great location! I love that it's between I-285 and the downtown connector - great access that is flexible depending on the traffic. The shuttle drivers are super helpful and really caring. I prefer the covered options and the outdoor lots are huge so it's a reliable place to plan to park for any trip!

The efficient means that everything was done. Payment, pick-up and drop-off was all done expeditiously. I was very pleased there were NO long wait times or excuses offered for poor service. Love the yellow bus with the spots! One of my drivers even had yellow socks with black spots on them! Such fun. Been a member for years and love the service. Staff and drivers are so accommodating.
