Quick safe n efficient
This is the fourth time I parked here, and it was as flawless as the first three times. I scanned the QR code when I arrived and the young lady at the gate was friendly and welcoming (even at 4:00 in the morning). I parked and the van was right there to pick me up. The driver explained to me that I needed to be dropped at a different terminal due to construction, but he gave excellent directions to get me where I needed to go. When I got back to Phoenix, I waited maybe ten minutes for the van to pick me up to take me to my car again. I scanned the QR at the exit gate and I was on my way. Flawless!
Super easy to park, shuttles are right there, and pick up is very easy

Usually I do not have to wait long…. Love being picked up at my car. I am with the airlines and when I parked in other lots it was stressful. I rarely experience that at Parking Spot!
