I show up, park and quickly hop on the shuttle. The drivers are always super nice, polite, and helpful loading my luggage. The wait time for a shuttle from my parking spot to the airport is super short. When we arrive at the airport the driver nicely unloads my luggage right near the airline I’m flying on.
When I return from my trip there are always Parking Spot shuttles parked at the curb at the airport ready to go. I love The Parking Spot for convenience and cost. I use them every time I fly.

Very easy to schedule a parking reservation online. Shuttles run timely and drivers are courteous and helpful. Have never had any issue with the condition of the lot itself or with anything happening to my vehicle while parked there. Good experience all around.

We reserve a spot and we like the fact we can enter at any time and get to a parking space. The shuttle is frequent so we rarely have to call when we are at the airport ready to return to the car.

We had a great experience on our last visit to The Parking Spot North Premium DFW. Our flight was very early in the morning, the bus was available to take us to the terminal when we arrived and it was nice not having to navigate the current construction at DFW.
