Easy to check in and and get dropped off. Forgot you had to get to departures upstairs to get pick up. Also, we arrived at 1am and there was no direct number to call to make sure someone would pick us up. Met others while waiting and someone confirmed they were coming.
The valet service doesn't cost extra and it's very efficient on both ends. The prices are much better than parking in the airport lot. I was happy with the promptness of both departure from the park and fly and pick up at the terminal. Drivers were professional and helpful.
