It is convenient. The van is waiting for you when you park your car. The driver is helpful in getting your luggage in the van. At the airport, a van comes quickly and takes you to your car. The Parking Spot is awesome.

The Parking Spot-East is so convenient for me driving from Illinois. After I leave 270 and head south on 170, it is just a few miles until I need to exit on Natural Bridge, so I avoid airport traffic for the most part. The covered self park is a little more costly but I feel my car is safer given the Midwest's storms. Additionally, I believe the charges are less than the closer ones. It might take a bit longer to get to the airport but, for me, it is worth it.
The staff is extremely helpful. I’ve left my phone in my car before and they’ve drove back so I could retrieve it. Last year I was shuffling my credit cards and ID around and my ID fell onto the seat of the shuttle. By the time I realized this, at the security gate, the driver was already heading back to my gate to handoff my ID. The whole staff, including attendants at the parking entrance are superb. I recommend the South Lot to everyone.

My experience with the Charlotte parking spot has always been very good. I am always picked up promptly at the airport and taken to my car and not just left at the end of a long row of cars. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.
