The people working at the ATL location were super nice. We had a dead battery when we returned from our trip. It was late when we arrived and we were super tired. We thought we would be hours waiting for a service to come out and help us. But one of your employees came out right away and jumped our car. We were very appreciative.

I live in Illinois so the location is great for me. I have never had any issues using the Premium Covered parking. It is easy to get in and out and I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. Pick up at the airport always goes smoothly at Terminal 2.

Parking location is convenient, the cars are safe and the shuttles to/from LAX terminals get you there fast. All drivers I’ve come in contact with are very helpful and nice. I used to worry about a family member taking me or picking me up to/from airport especially when my flight is super early or late. Now I just park at The Parking Spot.

Very easy to book and shuttles are around in minutes! The pricing is also fair.
I never have to wait. Once I park my car at the shuttles there to get me and once I get my luggage from baggage claim they’re always waiting for me outside.
Always a place to park that we can find rather quickly. Very friendly and helpful drivers. App keeps improving. Only issue is that sometimes the vans at airport fill up very quickly and there is not enough room for everyone. Not sure how your tracking system works for arriving passengers and I know this could be difficult to anticipate, but it is not fun to left at the curb to wait for the next van, which may still be at the parking lot.

I must comment on the customer service I received with The Parking Spot. Ray, the Assistant Manager, called me to discuss my unpleasant experience using the Groupon parking voucher I had purchased in September. Ray was dedicated to finding a solution and showed a great deal of understanding. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, Ray was dedicated to keeping a future client.
