Efficient and cost effective.

We want to thank and recognize the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by our driver, Eric Milton, We are both in our upper 70s and Mr. Milton was so kind to not only take our 5 pieces of luggage off the shuttle but he put them in our car for us. It was after 11:00 p.m. and we were exhausted and this was a true gift of kindness. The Managers that we have spoken to have been gracious and kind and provide great customer service too. Please give our kudos to Eric Milton and your Management team.

Clean…the only thing I would suggest is improving the entrance.

Efficient, and safe parking. Cost effective and easy to get to from the Springs.

Drivers are helpful and friendly. Shuttle busses need more maintenance such as struts and shocks to make ride more smooth for passengers. Your check-out kiosks need serious upgrading and repair. Every time I use your lot, there is a delay or glitch in checking out. Either the kiosk doesn't recognize the touch screen, or won't print a receipt.

Easy online registration. QR code entry with a greeter letting you know which letter aisle to park in. Shuttles pick you up at your car, driver helps with your luggage, and you receive a card with the aisle letter and # of parking spot. (I take a photo of it!) Dropped off right at doors to your airline check in (i.e. Southwest). When returnimg home, the shuttle is easy to locate at a designated loading zone. Again, driver helps load luggage and shuttle takes you right to your car. Check out is easy with same QR code and a friendly attendant. Plus, you get to take home a complimentary bottle of water. Seamless. No hassle.

Quick safe n efficient

This is the fourth time I parked here, and it was as flawless as the first three times. I scanned the QR code when I arrived and the young lady at the gate was friendly and welcoming (even at 4:00 in the morning). I parked and the van was right there to pick me up. The driver explained to me that I needed to be dropped at a different terminal due to construction, but he gave excellent directions to get me where I needed to go. When I got back to Phoenix, I waited maybe ten minutes for the van to pick me up to take me to my car again. I scanned the QR at the exit gate and I was on my way. Flawless!
