I liked that I was taken to my car. But what I didn’t like was that the driver squeezed customers on the bus. Yes, he knew how many seats on the bus but you gotta read the room. Some of us were tight in those seats!!! He also was rude. My nephew expressed thankfulness to the driver but he didn’t respond!

I’ve been a Parking Spot customer for more than 20 years. The Century facility is the one I use most often. I appreciate the Parking Spot rewards program and ability to make a reservation. The shuttle service is convenient. I like the complimentary water when I start my drive home from the facility. Service at the Parking Spot is consistent.
I like the ability to park and leave my vehicle however I paid for covered parking and there wasn't one available.
