I do wish that the pick up was right outside of luggage return at the airport - it's a long haul all the way over to the parking garage area. Sometimes I don't mind because I've been cooped up in the airplane so it's good to take a walk, but I certainly appreciate arriving at the airport being dropped off near the security/check in area. I drive from Bowling Green, KY and so when I arrive, I've usually had to get up really early. I also love the courtesy water provided. Thank you!

I was able to get a discount by reserving my spot in advance and using my AAA card I was able to check in easily at the gate and the bus to take me to the airport terminal was waiting right at my car. I was quickly at my airline departure area and the driver help me get the bags off of the bus
On the return the bus came quickly to get me back right to my car this really simplified my trip and I appreciate the great service I always get it parking spot.
I arrived home to find that my glass case had fallen out on the bus I was able to call at 1:00 in the morning and get a person to tell me they had already found them and I could pick them up the next day thanks for going above and beyond to retrieve my glass case
