I have used the Parking Spot Haynes a few times now and each time I am very impressed. The most recent was by far the best. We were traveling during the most recent snow storm. The employees at this location cleaned off our vehicle while we were away, allowing for easier access once we got back. Not to mention the customer service from all drivers, and timely service intervals.

The price was right. I reserved early so I got a decent price however we got stuck out west due to weather and had to extend our stay. My price for the 3 extra days was almost as much as I paid for the reserved time. It would be nice if the reserved per day price was matched. Other than that the service is always great.

Shuttles are efficient, hardly any waiting time on either end of the service. You get dropped off right where you parked. Drivers are friendly and courteous. Price is competitive. Locations are convenient to the airport.

We got to the lot and our battery was dead. Our driver Jon let my wife sit in the warm truck while Jon made sure that we got our car jump started with the box they have on site as mine was not working correctly. Top notch customer service.
