My car was covered in with about 8 inches of snow and the snow was encrusted in about 3 inches of ice when I returned to BWI from my trip. The van driver and another worker had scrappers and shovels and helped me to dig out so I could go on my way. Highly recommend this lot!

Parking is always a breeze

I usually make my reservation one week before our flight we get there scan the code directed to a parking spot and within less than five minutes the shuttle drives around and picks us up takes us to the airport. They have services there for washing your vehicle, but I don’t use that. On arrival we go to the shuttle area at the airport and within 10 minutes 5 to 10 minutes the shuttle pick us up. We use the west parking area and they get us back to our car with the card they give you with the parking spot number on it. Use the automatic checkout scan pay with the credit card and then we’re on our way. It’s a little difficult getting out onto the 71 eastbound in the evenings because of all the traffic‘s leaving Austin but that’s about the only issue there.

Convenience and proximity to the airport. The staff is friendly. You should make it easier to tip on the app. Having to scan a QR code that's not posted in the van is less convenient than it could be. Also, should add the ability to tip on the outgoing flight, not just incoming. I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets big bills from the bank when traveling.

Minimal wait for transportation to and from.

Easy to register online. Easy to check in even when no one‘s there and easy to check out the only thing I would ask for is better signage on highway 71 I drive in from Bastrop and I miss your driveway every time!

Making the reservation was simple. Used the QR code and drove right in. Grabbed a spot and got picked up within 2-3 minutes and taken to our terminal. Upon return, we found the ground transportation spots and within 3-5 minutes a van picked us up and dropped us right at our car. Used the QR code and drove out. Simple. I will use this parking service again.

I greatly appreciate having my car cleaned off when I returned this past Tuesday after last week's big snowstorm.

It was a great first time experience especially with the inclement weather. Great job!

We used valet parking. The men helped with our luggage both coming and going. Our car was waiting for us on the return. We were very pleased with the service.
