It is good to know that they understand their customer’s minds are elsewhere, letting me cross one thing off my list while other things are on my mind at that moment of parking/boarding shuttle (possibly left home late due to family responsibilities, prep for TSA, possibility of inflight emergency/diversion, need to pick up rental car at destination, business meetings prep, plan for possible inclement weather at destination, etc): crucial to know I can count on staff to show me where to park, patient driver while I unload from car, board shuttle at my pace, etc. Thank you!
