Making the reservation is easy. Getting to your location is easy. The shuttle picked us up promptly at our car, and one was waiting for us upon return. We were taken back to our vehicle promptly, and the driver even loaded our bags into the back of our vehicle. Smooth from start to finish.
It is consistently very good. We use Parking Spot 1 every time we fly out of Atlanta and always have a good experience from beginning to end. Online reservations are simple to make.
