Absolutely fantastic services.

My car was well cleaned after the snowstorm

We came into BWI on Wednesday evening (1/28/26) and we're quickly picked up by a shuttle. The driver then proceeded to call ahead to let them know our parking spot so that our car could be dug out. Both the driver and the gentleman who dug our car out and helped us get going were very nice and provided exceptional service! Thank you

Convenient and easy to get the shuttle to and from airport. One negative: return flight put us at parking spot at 10:30 PM. There was a snowstorm the previous day and we found our car had been plowed in; the parking aisles were plowed and snow was piled 18"+ behind our car, trapping our car. Shuttle driver offered no tools or services to help free the car. We took 30 min digging through snow with freezing hands and feet to move enough of the snow so we could work out way out. Several people on our shuttle had the same issue. It would have been nice if the Parking Spot had offered the use of a shovel (even if you didn't have personnel to assist) - that would have helped tremendously. We'll remember to pack a shovel if parking in the winter.

Hadn't used Parking Spot 2 before. It's a great alternative to parking spot 1. Will use again!

I was traveling with two seniors that were on oxygen and couldn't walk to regular bus stop. An employee cleaned my car free of ice and snow, picked us up at baggage claim, helped us load our baggage. We drove him back to the spot. He was wonderful and concerned because of the ice and snow in Nashville.

I have recommended and will use the SPOT FROM NOW ON.

Driver called plow to move snow from front of my car so I could drive over it.

My return flight arrived at ATL on a morning when the temperature was 16 degrees. (Jan. 27, 2026) I was impressed that the shuttle drivers were coordinating their runs to make sure that no one had to stand outside at the airport and wait for more than a couple of minutes. When my driver (an elderly gentleman whose name I did not catch) dropped me off at my car he waited to see if it would start. Unfortunately, it did NOT start. He was very kind. He took me up to the valet office and asked the lady to find someone to go down to my car with me and jump start it. She found Mr. Delorian Shaw. "D" was so nice. He walked back to my car with me. He was calm and reassuring. It took a little bit to remove the battery cover and get the charger connected, but my car did start right up. He advised me to keep the engine running until I got home and to make sure I cleared my windshield of the ice before I drove away. I don't know what I would have done without the Parking Spot employees who went above and beyond to care for me! I am super grateful.

Terminal bus pickup at BDL has always been fast and easy. Getting in and out has been great.

This trip, for the first time, there as significant snow. Driver came with a shovel and though plowed in, we were free in under five minutes. I have been recommending your services to anyone who listens.
