Guest Testimonials
Your services are fantastic, easy and worthwhile. Thank you!
Drivers are very professional, even with an irrational customer. We had one today and the driver kept his calm and diffused the situation. But I do agree with the customer, there should be some kind of identification marker for pick ups.
Easy
Delivered us to our correct stall.
Friendly staff. Timely shuttles
Good Friendly service with reasonable parking rates.
Easy to park. Short wait for shuttles to and from terminal. Courteous drivers.

Reliable and safe covered parking with friendly and very helpful drivers. Their drivers never keep me waiting. Thumbs up!
Low prices
Easy access to parking and shuttle to and from the airport
Very reasonable price with my AAA membership
Everything except that the team that greets the vehicle knows nothing about me. I have a reservation with all my details...in 2026 they should not be asking me for my name and phone. You need to supply them with an app.
I like feeling that my vehicle is safe. The shuttle drivers I have encountered have been helpful, positive, and kind. The schedule has never left me waiting more than a few minutes. I will continue using The Parking Spot when Intravel.
The convenience of your pickup and deliverance service!

Convenience and drivers are very good, efficient and kind
Prompt shuttle service to and from the airport. Courteous drivers every time.
Scanning the QR code at the entrance is very easy. It really speeds up the process in trying to get to the airport (or home) quickly. Plus, the drivers are so prompt in picking us up - they are usually waiting on us (rather than the other way) !! Great experience - appreciate the service!
Discounts through the application. Covered Packing is reasonable and gets priority in pickup and drop off.
Friendly employees! Great service!
Easy, convenient and it feels safe. I really appreciate courteous drivers and staff. Parking spots are spacious and I’m able to move around the vehicle easily.
Very quick and friendly service. Love the rewards program.
Quick rides to the airport and no long waiting upon returning
Easy and safe parking option that I would highly recommend.
Discounts, convenience, speedy shuttle
The discounts you get after parking there a few times. The timely manner they get you to the airport. The only struggle is entering and exiting sue to it being right off the hwy. But other than that its all good there and definitely better than the east one. Cleaner and safer. And with better service .
