Easy access
We have parked there twice and both times received the same type of service. The ride to the international Terminal was quick to respond. We waited about 30 min on pickup back to our car. The personnel was kind and courteous. We have no complaints regarding the service.

At first, we couldn't find the driver who was supposed to pick me up, so we looked for him, but in the end, he was very kind to us.

The Shuttle is ready and waiting as soon as I pull into a spot, and transit time to terminal is short. Also like the option of covered spaces.
I love using the Parking Spot. The drivers are so polite and I love that they get my space number and provide me a ticket because I would never find my car after a trip.
Both drivers were awesome but what really stood out was that I lost my prescription glasses. I called down to the Orlando site and the person that took the call went out of their way to assist. They called me back with status. Although they were unable to locate my glasses, I was very appreciative of their assistance and their above average customer service.
It’s convenient and the service has been great… The shuttle takes you right to the airport and most times there is Lil if any wait to get the shuttle… I like the fact that my car is undercover and the pricing is reasonable.
