Pricing is good compared to onsite airport parking

I feel certain that my car will be safe while I am away. I like the pre-pay, and the QR code system. I like the fact that the shuttles come around frequently when I'm returning and waiting for one at the terminal.
And the free water is a nice touch. See you next time.

Overall excellent service! One of the transports followed us into the covered self park area so that we were on our way to the airport very quickly. On our return we had a very short wait to return to the parking area. The staff were great!

The only problem is the wait for buses to pick up from the terminal. It seems like West is always less frequent than East and other services like FastPark.

I was so easy to book, pay, enter the spot, get ride to airport and easy return and exit. Love the Spot

Everything from pick up, indoor parking and return from the airport. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I've used the Parking Spot Haynes many times and my experience has been relatively seamless. Easy to reserve a spot online, getting to the parking facility, parking, shuttle vans have always been available and pick-up/drop-off is easy. My only somewhat negative experience, is after picking up baggage and calling from the app, I couldn't get through to dispatch to tell them I had arrived. I had to walk to pick-up spot and flag down a shuttle, which wasn't a big deal given the time I had arrived. Also, make it easier to tip shuttle driver through the app. I did not have enough cash on hand to do so.

Valet service is amazing with fast and reliable service. They always have a shuttle ready when we arrive at the parking structure and when we return. I really appreciate the service.

Convenient. Was nice to have an actual person at the exit to assist with QR code, payment, etc. Bottle of cold water for dehydrated travelers was a nice feature.

For underground covered parking near the edge of the basement lot, exposed to the edge of the street, it would be nice if you put up a wind screen or something, as unfortunately my car ended up covered with dust, which I should have know, but was in a hurry to park and get to my flight.

Parking is very expensive, I use for convenience .
I get emails on special savings but when I put my dates and times in for a reservation the code is never applied . It shows my AAA discount but why can’t I also get an additional discount .

Your driver are always good about helping with bags. I never have to wait very long for a shuttle to take me to or pick me up from the airport.

Shuttle is waiting for you right behind your car. If you don't like long waiting time of superpark and you are ok with some extra bucks, this is it.
