Excellent - leaving and returning home!
Shuttles were timely. when we got back out driver even put out luggage in our trunk instead of on the street. (Afternoon Sept 21st. I didn't see a name in the shuttle.). The man who checked us out was so kind!!! I had trouble finding my email for the QR code and he was repeatedly telling me there was no hurry. It makes such a difference when people are kind and helpful! Always appreciate the cold water!!!
I really like the ease of parking with you. The drivers are kind and helpful. They pick you up at your vehicle and drop you back by your vehicle. They help with your baggage.
As an example, I accidently got on another "parking shuttle" and got to their parking lot only to be told to exit and walk to my vehicle and then realized this was the wrong place and I said "but you have always dropped me off at my vehicle before". So I quickly learned why I park with you!

Your employees. From the booths to drivers. Very friendly and courteous. I Do have one complaint : I come from DFW and Parking Spot there is Only $5 plus tax a day… here in CLE it’s $12 a day. WHY is it Double??
Very efficient
Usually make a reservation. Greeted by someone at the gate that sometimes helps with the QR code, asks what terminal and tells me where to park. Buses are usually right there, sometimes before I can get my bags out.
Not much waiting time to get picked up upon my return and driven back to my car.
Easy access, friendly, quick drop off, clean shuttle and the ride home was amazing, pickup in less than 5 minute car waiting with keys in five steps from the shuttle$!!
The convenience of transport to airport is excellent. However why can’t the ac be repaired on vehicle that transport customers ?

The only complaint I have is the card I was given when we dropped our car off was outdated. It had the incorrect pickup zone.
Easy to get to, shuttle bus is quick, and I know my car will be safe. Friendly drivers and greeter as well.
Great and friendly staff!! My keys fell out of my purse and they were in the lost and found when we arrived back to North Spot. You can not imagine how much i appreciate that!! We use this facility all the time and do highly recommend it.

I like the convenience of the South location from E470 and west on 56th Ave. The pickup and drop off at vehicle is so convenient. I have used this location for years and will continue to do so.

The staff at this location displays stellar hospitality and customer service. I am always recommending the parking spot.
