I like that it's relatively close to the airport, the drivers are courteous and that the parking is covered sets your lot miles ahead of the other off site lots as well as the airport parking.

Easy to book a reservation, reasonable prices, very prompt shuttle service with friendly and helpful drivers, attendant was at the entry and exit gates to assist with scanner.

I like that you record where I am parked and know right where to go to find my car. After a cruise once, we couldn't find our car and had to have the shuttle driver go up and down the rows several times (there was 6 inches of new snow covering all the cars) before we finally saw the license plate!
I also like that your shuttle is at the airport regularly and quickly, so we don't have to call and wait.

Unfortunately the QR code didnt scan when I entered the parking lot. On exiting it also wasn't working to show the prepaid amount and trying to charge me for an amount already paid. Saneiea was very helpful in walking me through the steps and getting the issue resolved so I could head home in a timely manner and not need further follow up.
