The ease with entrance and exit. The price of parking. The shuttle service was very timely and convenient.
This was my second time using the parking spot and again I was extremely pleased. No shuttle delays either to or from airport. Very friendly and accommodating drivers. Will be using again in June. This has made going to the airport much easier.

The convenience of driving to the airport and parking, and then the shuttle driving you to the terminal. Returning back it is great to have the shuttle pick you up and then driving you to your car. Making the prepay online is a time saver. The shuttle drivers are great and very courteous. The whole service is very efficient. I will continue to use them when flying out of PHL airport. The Parking Spot 2 is relatively cheap, easy to get to (no fighting Atlanta traffic), and the busses come quickly. I've never waited at the parking lot for a shuttle, and most of the time, the shuttle is following my car and waiting for me to park and get out. It takes a little longer coming from the airport usually, but this last time I got a shuttle quickly (probably because it wasn't as busy a time of day, and it wasn't a holiday like it usually is when I fly).
