Guest Testimonials

The ease and efficiency of use. Both the app, check-in, parking, shuttle, and check-out.

I like everything about it. The staff is friendly and professional.
I feel safe parking there because it is very well lit and I am picked up and dropped off right at my car. The shuttle comes almost immediately to take me to the airport and there often is little to no wait for it at the airport.

Write your parking spot on a card and gives it to you. Fast pick up on the return.

They are easy and friendly. If you come in late, you have to call for pick up and I be delayed

Timely and friendly service and a good value for parking!

Convenient, easy location, friendly staff, efficient in and out. Cold water for the ride home a great bonus!

Everything was great!!

Being a person who likes quiet alone time on the drive home after a flight, Parking Spot allows me to leave my car in a safe place while I'm away and when I return, enjoy my drive without the company and bill of an ride share driver.

Staff is always friendly.

Customer Service is e cellent

Efficient

valet is the best. fast drop off and pick up.

We had to wait 15 minutes to be picked upon arriving to the lot. The driver drove around parking lot E and missed picking us up 3 different times. We called the office to advise them about the situation and were still missed. On the final drive through, we were missed again. A customer on that shuttle saw us standing there and advised the driver that he had missed us. If it hadn’t been for the customer on board the shuttle, we would have been left again.
Very poor pickup service.

Very happy with Location, Covered Parking, and Shuttles To and From Airport.

Very easy reservation.

Easily accessible, always a shuttle available, drivers are very friendly and helpful, garage is safe and clean

Accidentally I reserved a Parking Spot at the North DFW instead of the South location which is where I always have parked in the past. The North location is clean, well organized, and the staff is very friendly! Great job and I will be back.

I really appreciated the help with my luggage and the fact that the pick up and drop off service was so smooth. My driver was JJ when I got back to Denver. He was very kind, friendly and helpful.
