Easy to park and get to and from the airport with little stress

Location & fast friendly service!

This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and it was incredibly easy. I parked my car on Friday morning, left for the weekend, and got home Sunday night. The shuttle driver was very friendly. He answered some questions I had, too. I'm definitely going to be using this again for my weekend travel for work.

Easy in and easy out. But i just returned from a trip to the Midwest and my flight leaving Milwaukee was the delayed a number of times because of a snowstorm. I finally ended up rescheduling my flight from Saturday night to Sunday evening. I had made reservations at parking spot one through late Saturday evening because that was what I expected to return to Phoenix.. because of the snowstorm and delayed flights. I did not get in until Sunday evening. When I picked up my car and had a chance to check my invoice, I noted that I had been charged a ridiculous amount for one day extra. That extra day was actually beyond my control. I was very unhappy about that and I really am still. $45 for an extra day. Seems to be way out of line.

We love using the spot!
We drive three hours to the airport from where we live and it’s so easy to just pull in. They help us get our luggage. We check in with the Gail at the window who is always pleasant and jump on the van to the airport. Shortly after we get off our plane, we go out front wait for a short time for the bus and give the driver our ticket. We get a pleasant ride to the spot where our car is waiting for us and they even offer us water.
We will continue to use a spot as we have for many years because it’s convenient, safe and the price is reasonable.

I was extremely nervous about driving to the airport alone and leaving my car. After I got to the parking spot it was pretty easy to get in and one of the drivers pulled up right away and told me where to park and picked me up from my spot gave me a card with my spot on it and was very nice, I so happened to have the same driver pick me up from the airport and he was so welcoming got me back to my car safe and sound and left me with a beautiful quote . Cedric R. was my driver and he made the experience great for me .. I will be using you guys again. Thank you

Fast pickup, super friendly service, especially from my driver. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name. My to the airport driver was awesome. However, my from the airport to my car was more than outstanding! He is what most companies have lost. Very friendly, above and beyond service and very accommodating. Been a very long time since I have been treated with such amazing service.

I arrived in the very early morning after several flight delays. The service was quick and friendly. Returning to the lot at around 2:30 am, just to discover a dead battery on my car. The night person offered a jump and thank goodness!! Although I had a portable jump battery with me, it would not work. She hooked up her own box and the car started right up. Thank you to the Spot parking and the wonderful night manager!!
