I made the reservation because I was afraid of bad weather coming in while we were gone. Fortunately said weather never came and the car was fine. When they picked us up at the car to take us to the airport, it was very quick. Coming back from the airport was very slow. It appeared that they only had two drivers working that night and there was probably 100 people waiting and that is no exaggeration. It was actually pretty amazing how quickly they got it done. I think we waited for a total of 30 minutes but we were the first drop in our car on the third bus that came. Good experience and I will do it again.

James, our driver for the return from Terminal A to the JFK Blvd facility was very friendly and helpful.

The driver (sorry i didn't get his name) for our trip from JFK Blvd to Terminal A offered us no help getting our luggage on to the shuttle bus.

We have used it a couple of times now, so we understand what to do (the first couple of times were confusing, I'll admit). This time, the shuttle experience was seamless, which was amazing. There was a shuttle nearly immediately when we parked, and then again when we got back to the airport after our trip. We didn't have to call anyone or wait around. Very smooth experience.

The Parking Spot app is easy to use. You can add the app and your reservation to your wallet on your phone and they give you directions on how to get to the parking spot lot. Once you get to the parking lot and park, the bus driver asks you what spot you’re parked in and they write it on a card and hand it to you and they take you directly to the terminal, very quick service. It’s a short walk to the gates and TSA. When you’re ready to return, you meet the bus driver at the same spot where you were dropped off at the terminal and hand him your card and they take you to the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, the driver will take you directly to your car plus, he will take the luggage off the bus for you and bring it right to your trunk. They will also put it in your car if you need help. Getting out of the parking lot is just as easy scan your QR code or see the attendant at the front gate and you’re on your way. I love the Parking Spot.

Quick friendly service

Unlike the last trip I had with you, this one was perfect! I look forward to my next trip if the pricing lines up the same.

I parked, was picked up almost immediately (NOT after waiting for over 45mins!). The driver was friendly and got us to the airport quickly.

The pickup driver was nice as well, but wanted to load all the luggage himself. I feel this is a tactic to force a tip vs asking if we would like help with the bag. I have no issues with tipping in general, but putting the bags behind him to load feels a bit forced to me. I only had one bag and can easily carry it up two steps and put in the right spot. Then if there are issues on the drive back or if the driver was less than polite I could choose not to tip vs being forced to due to the loading of the luggage.
