Easy, convent. Most of the time it is no wait for drop off and pick up usually occurs within 5-10 minutes

Very friendly drivers and how fast they come to your service!!!!

Plenty of available parking with an advanced reservation. Good directions by the folks there. Friendly, helpful drivers. Prompt pickup at the airport. Pricing is reasonable

Great service

Easy. Drivers are nice and helpful.

Quick services to and from sirport

Easy in and out and friendly service

Convenience, and friendly drivers. However, I need to say one thing that was contrary to all our other great experiences with the Parking Spot.

The row we were directed to was full, so we went to the next row. That wasn’t a big deal, but at 4:20 a.m., for a long trip to Honolulu, we waited about 30 minutes for an available van after one van picked up passengers in our row and was completely full. To be fair, our check in time was 4 a.m., but we’ve never had to await before.

Very little waiting time. Courteous drivers.

Price

Reasonable prices. Convenient. Covered parking. Good pickup service.

Location and frequent back and forth to the terminal.

Easy to use , buses are usually quick and the bus drivers are always nice. I did park my car under a leaky roof seam, so I had some stains on my car this time, so I will be more mindful of where I park.

No waiting on either end of my trip.

Convince and friendly and very helpful driver.

Easy in, easy out, fair price

Love the frequency of the buses and niceness of the drivers. Hate the tops of the water bottles that cant be opened without spilling.

Always has a shuttle waiting. Great drivers

I love that for an economical price; it is very easy to get into the parking lot and to the airport shuttled by employees who really care about the customer. The check-in and check-out process is super-easy, too. I love Parking Spot East.

Proximity to airport and the drivers are friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient, right off the 202 and 5 min from the airport. I very rarely have to wait for the shuttle to pick me up at both the lot and the airport. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I always recommend The Parking Spot 2 to clients and friends alike!

Axel, the driver we had to and from the airport, was fantastic. He is a phenomenal representative for your company and a truly great person. We always look guard to seeing him in our trips! Please send him our best and give him the recognition. Thank you!

Frequent vans coming to pick us up at the airport

Excellent service, polite and helpful.

Great service. Will use every time!!

The convenience provided related to dropping off the car, our drop and pick up at the airport, and our checking when departing is excellent and very, very convenient.

I’ve used the parking spot twice and have recommended it to 2 people who have used it and had positive experiences. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they point out the stops at the terminal so we know where to go when we return. The uncovered valet service is always reliable.

Great location and service!

The bus is always there when I’m tired and I land.
