Generally the shuttles are timely, and depart and pick up regularly. The covered spaces provide protection in case of hail.

We love Parking Spot. The app is fantastic as it shows where you are going right when you open it up. It's very simple to use. You drive to the address, scan and park then wait and the shuttle will pick you up right at your car, give you a location ticket for your return, and drive you to your Airline. When you fly home, you simply get onto the bus at the airport (Airport Information can point you to the area easily), present your ticket to the driver and you will be dropped off at your vehicle. Easy-peasy!

I always park here when I travel and am always 100% satisfied. Even the other day when my plane was hours delayed, and I did not arrive until 3:00am, there was a shuttle there to take me to the parking structure. The employees are always polite and hard working. 10 out of 10!

Easy registration and check in process plus quick ride to the airport. We usually uber but this is easy and less expensive!

We had just parked our car in the lot when the van showed up and the driver put our luggage in the van. It was a quick trip to the airport.

When we returned to Cleveland, the first van was full so we waited and sat on the bench. A second van came in less than 5 minutes and whisked us to our car.
