Ease of use

The Parking Spot West has been my go to parking choice since it opened. Have rarely had an issue. Service is typically great. This last stay had a couple of hiccups for me…when I first drove in and presented my member card I was told they are no longer used and I must use the email I received when originally making the reservation. That caught be a bit off guard and I had to scramble to find the email. Same thing when leaving. Are you sure you can’t still accept the old card? Haha. I also received my parking space location card from the driver, but as it turned out, no such space number exists.

The staff are very nice and I never worry when I’m out of town. The app works great and it’s so nice to be able to signal a pickup from it. It even can pinpoint where you are.
I had some mechanical issues with my car when I returned to it this time. It’s an older car. The staff helped me try jumping it and then had me wait in the air conditioned office for the tow truck. It was 100 degrees outside. I appreciate everyone there.

Convenient and reliable

Pick up at airport, covered parking.

Reserving my parking with the app was easy. The app had a convenient reminder and offered directions when it was time for my trip. Coming from the East valley, Parking Spot South is a few minutes closer than Sky Harbor Airport and saves me from having to drive in the airport traffic. There was a shuttle available to take me to the airport within a minute of me parking the car. Upon returning home, I opened the app again and it showed easy directions to the pickup area for the shuttle and let me track the nearest shuttle which was only a few minutes away. I was a little concerned that our flight home was delayed and my car needed to be parked for longer than I had reserved, but just scanned out of the parking lot with the app as normal, and was able to use a credit card to pay for the samll amount that they added for the additional stay. I always return to The Parking Spot when I need airport parking because the location is convenient, the parking lot is safe, the shuttle is quick, and the whole process is easy.
