pickup attendant at airport was very nice. Difficulty getting out of gate when leaving due to not having app. Attendant was in booth and didn't say speak up that she was available to help, didn't notice for sometime that she was a few feet in booth. everything seemed easy except for that part. just think they would have offered help when seeing difficulty.

Convenient. Efficient. Bus were drivers personable and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the drop off at the car for the self park as it was evening. One thing...when using WAZE, it directed me slightly past the entrance so I had to turn around. Love the busses...easy to spot.

Convenient location close to airport. Shuttle buses make frequent trips and cost is generally less expensive than airport parking.

I like that the parking area is well lite. And that the bus driver picks you up from your car and takes you too your car when you return. And the prices are reasonable.

Drivers are always kind and courteous. The delays at the airport was closely monitored and the shuttles turn quickly—the drivers are mindful of the time you are waiting and stalling to fill the shuttle is not the first priority! This is a huge difference in customer service—Bravo!

Also, when the shuttle is full, the drivers are kind to keep the seated passengers safe and inform the excess boarders that the shuttle is full and another is already on the way. Rather than jam in more folks that then have to fill the walking space. Unfortunately, this top-level service is often not even noticed. I notice, every time, and Cheers to you for this team training!

Reasonably convenient. Fast in and out. Appear to be plenty of shuttles both directions. Shuttle availability is the key to my parking decisions.
