Staff is so friendly and courteous. I’m widowed and over 65 and feel very taken care of. They help me check in and pick me up promptly. The app is great! They know when I’m at the pickup area. Driver makes sure I get in my vehicle. I feel very secure using their service.
We have used The Parking Spot three times now, and have always been happy with the staff and service. We have never had issues, and only once had to wait longer than a couple minutes to get a ride back to our car. Great option for parking at MSP.
