Easy and convenient

Friendly drivers and staff onsite, prompt pickup and dropoff, safe facility

Close to the airport and convenient to pick up and drop off

This was our first time using this. App was easy to use, drivers were right there both arriving and departing, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly service from shuttle drivers. Lots are very close to the airport and frequent shuttle runs make it fast and convenient.

Every process was easy to follow and the service was excellent

Location, ease of use and friendliness of employees.

Everything

Drop off and pickup run smoothly. Our car was waiting for us (we chose the valet option) when we stepped off the van. They loaded the suitcases, we jumped in and drove off. Quick and efficient. Much appreciated after a long day of travel.

Everything

Great service, reasonable parking rates.

Easy in and out service! Fast drop-off and pickups! My only go to for parking!

Convenient booking a reservation, friendly drivers and ease of getting to the airport.

Conceive, easy in- easy out! Never have trouble getting shuttles.

Drivers are great, and helpful. Also you do not have to wait long to be picked up at either the airport or the parking lot.

Convience

I really appreciate the help of your drivers by coming to the car to get my bags. I am handicapped and when there is a slot available I appreciate using it. However, with the pick up this time, I was okay being at a regular sport. I have already gotten you several new customers! Have a great day!

Near the airport. Less expensive than the airport. Your 2 drivers I encountered were extremely polite

Quick and easy

Consistency with quick drop off and pick up

Ease of use

It was very easy, close to the Airport, and efficient. A trolly picks you up at your car on arrival and when you return the vehicle that picks you up drops you off at your car. This Parking Spot was very close to the Airport (Bradlee Airport, Hartford, CT)

Easy, friendly, and very convenient

Quick pick up,very helpful drivers

Driver

It was our first time using The Parking Spot. Workers were so friendly and efficient. We were directed to our parking area, picked up quickly and dropped off at Midway. Upon returning, we got our luggage and exited to find the bus right there, helpful driver, returned us to right to our car, checked out and was offered nice cold bottles of water. Couldn’t have been more seamless! Definitely using them again!

It’s quick and convenient

The parking spot is an amazing service. I used to park at another lot. And it took forever for shuttles, to get there, you'd be waitng for 30 to 45 minutes.
The service you guys provide is absolutely amazing. You're very prompt professional. I will never go back. I recommend you highly to everyone.
As a member, I love the discount you guys provide. I love how you can track your shuttle call for your shuttle. Do everything on your app is absolutely amazing. I appreciate The parking spot co.
