I flew home to Austin after a long trip, arriving at ABIA early in the morning on Saturday, 9/27. I landed just after midnight. I was arriving later than planned and didn't know what to expect in terms of pick up for the shuttle. I was thrilled to find that there was a shuttle waiting when I got out of baggage claim and we left almost immediately. The driver was so nice and helpful with my bags. I've never been so happy to see someone! It was easy to get out of the parking lot and I didn't owe any extra even though I was arriving later than expected. Thank you!!!

I frequently travel out of the Philadelphia airport. The Parking Spot South makes it easy to reserve my parking spot on line. I never have to drive around trying to find a spot to park. The attendant directs me to which lane to go to and I always easily find a spot. Within a few minutes of parking the shuttle arrives to take me to the airport. Upon my return from my travels, I call the pick up number if I don’t see one of the Parking Spot shuttle making the rounds. I am usually back to my car within minutes of my arrival at the airport. The lady at the exit booth is very helpful and very nice.
