When I pulled into the lot with my 4-door long-bed pickup truck an attendant greeted me and instructed me where to park. She spoke to me like she was glad to see me, not like I should be chastised for driving such a vehicle to her lot. The shuttle service to the airport was there within minutes. Upon my return, a shuttle was there within minutes to take me back to my vehicle. Both shuttle drivers were very pleasant. Checking out was smoot and easy. Everything that mattered went smoothly and easily - there were no hassles and no unpleasant experiences. I will recommend the South Lot of Parking Spot at Philly International to anyone I know flying out of Philly, and I will park there from now on myself. Thank you to you and the entire team for a job well done!
It was so easy to use. Used barcode to enter lot. The bus picked us up at our car, loaded out luggage and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time. When we returned, they drove us right back to our car. Then just used barcode to exit. Both drivers were very nice and helpful with our luggage.
