Generally, the shuttle drivers are super friendly and nice. However, once I was coming back from a two week trip to Hawaii and the driver was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. He had some odd system of loading the bus. We all had to keep our luggage outside of the bus. He told the group waiting, it’s not rocket science folks. No other driver has such a system. I believe his name was Casey. He was AWFUL! He made me not want to use the Parking Spot again!
