Helpful shuttle drivers
My experience with the Parking Spot South has been excellent. My reservation spot is always available, and the pick-up and drop-off drivers are friendly and always manage to locate my car quickly. The lots are always clean as well.

I don't travel by air very often, but when I do, I have come to rely on your lot. I first used it when it was Park and Fly. I appreciate that it is located close to the airport, the shuttles run regularly, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The daily rate seems fair for the service you offer and for keeping my vehicle safe.
However, I was more comfortable with the check-in/check-out booth being staffed by people.
#1-how close the conley location is to the airport
#2-there's literally no wait upon arrival, there is always several shuttles waiting for passengers
#3-upon returning, the wait time at off shuttle pick up was under 5 minutes
#4-last 3 times I have traveled, I have parked here and the drivers have all been friendly and helpful to the passengers
