Normally, The Parking Spot is quick and convenient but on June 28, 2026 at 11:30pm, there were several planes that arrived, and the Parking Spot shuttles couldn't keep up. The shuttles pulled up closer to the end of the line, where people had just walked up and got on, leaving those people who had waited at the correct spot. It was chaos. Another issue was they only had one lane to exit and the scanner wasn't working, which required staff to assist. I will continue to use the Parking Spot because, maybe this is unusual, but if it happens often, I'd rather pay a few bucks more and skip the hassle. Looking forward to improvements.

Everything went great from the time i parked till I came back 8 days later. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I will definitely use them again!!

Reliability

I like knowing I will have a safe place to leave my car while traveling. The shuttle service to and from the airport is great. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

Van pickup and drop off was quick. When we got back to Philly airport the van was right there! Amazing. We will definitely be using parking spot again in the future!
