I enjoyed the ease of booking, and shuttle service with extra care for my luggage and me. This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and there was someone to help me at the entrance and explain what do expect.

First time using the Sepulveda location (have used Century for over 5 years generally monthly travel) but found the signage on how/where to park very challenging. I went to what was labeled an exit only to find it was the up ramp and closed off.

Easy to park; the shuttle bus is waiting; drivers are friendly and helpful. Easy to book online and rates are reasonable.

I liked that the shuttle was waiting for me at my car which made getting to the airport quick and efficient. Our driver was so helpful and nice as well. Check-in was super fast with clear instructions. Signs in the parking lot were easy to follow and it all felt clean and safe.

Your drivers were timely and efficient. If it weren't so blame expensive, I'd have given it a 10.

Assistance with luggage.

We always have great service, this time the driver who picked us up at the airport just tossed my bags into the luggage area. They were not placed as we have had over the years (all the way back to our blue sky days). Over all great and will contiue to park there.

The Service. The lady that picked us up at the airport and took us to our cars could not have been more helpful. It was 9 degrees at Midnight and she handled all the luggage and made sure she didn't leave before our cars started. I don't know her name but make sure you keep her!!!!!
