Convenience! I have mobility issues, so curbside services like valet, baggage assistance, etc are essential and appreciated. The friendliness and professionalism is excellent as well.

I had a situation where my car was filthy after being parked there for four days. The manager, Chris Cox, made it right without batting an eye. I don't judge a business for something that happens; I judge them by how they handle it.

This was my first time trying The Parking Spot. I am sold and will continue to use this great and cost efficient service. The employees were great, from the person in the booth to the bus drivers who didn't left me lift a finger to load and unload my bags. The bus was there waiting both when I departed and also when I returned home. I am a 100% satisfied customer
