The only trouble I ran into is not being able to modify a prepaid reservation until an hour before, which is annoying. I guess I won’t do prepaid anymore. Otherwise all great!

The whole operation is very quick, efficient, and easy to navigate. We used the covered valet parking - shuttle was ready as soon as we pulled up to the facility. On our way home, we easily found the shuttle pickup area and only had to wait about 5 mins before a returning shuttle arrived. The staff was courteous and helpful with our bags. No stress!
