The last two times I have parked at The Parking Spot my boyfriend has had his own car and he was flying from DIA with me. I was the only one parking at the Parking Spot. I asked the guy at the front if I could park as close got the entrance as possible since I had a ride with my guy to DIA and I was not going to take the Parking Spot shuttle. Both times the answer has been yes and I appreciate that.

Convenience of the shuttle. The driver who picked me up at the airport on Tuesday evening helped me to clean off my car. This help was invaluable!

I like the service that is given. The peace of mind.
Other than this last stay I have never had to wait for my vehicle or had to worry about cleaning it off.

Quick and easy

The car was safe, the lot is plowed when it snows and the shuttles run frequently. During my last trip I arrived at 3:30am and was promptly picked up and returned ~12:30am and was promptly picked up a second time. Very reliable staff and services.

Your prompt service, updates, your app with up to date info, alerts and simple scan and go. Shuttle service is good too.

I had a small issue though. While going out from the parking lot, I got the prompt that I had parked in covered parking instead of uncovered for which the discount was given and now the discoun won't applicable. After talking to service person there, the issue got resolved but this was not expected.

I like how close your lot is to BWI, it makes it quick and easy to just park and fly! Your staff is very helpful and I appreciate their help.

Easily accessed; frequent shuttles

Easy Access, prompt pickups

Absolutely will use this for parking while I travel. Really reasonable rates. Drop off at the airport door. Loved not having to unload or load luggage into the shuttle. When I returned walked out to the shuttle and went to my car and again luggage loaded for me. The staff from shuttle to gate were so helpful and kind.

Ours have always had a smile when we get on,; not fakey nice & always pleasant. Help with the luggage.
Different lots have different prices which helps in planning our travel. Like your app; I could figure out what to do.

The employees! Drivers are professional, courteous and incredibly helpful.

First time using; had problems in that my driver window would not return up. Upon return, saw that the folks tried to get up and indeed was with 2" of being completely closed. Left some valuables accidently and nothing was disturbed.

I like your service very much, and will use it again in the future.
Have is one thing I would like to see fixed.
The large sign on the Parking Spot location 1 does not have a number 1 on it.
The Parking Spot 2 has a large red number 2 on the sigh over the entry area.
It would be a good idea to add a red number 1 to the sign at the number 1 location.
This would be very helpful for people who are first time users of your service.

All sign shops can make a large single stick on plastic number 1 that could be applied to your
existing sign.
