It is absolutely easiest part of our air travel. Our recent trip we pulled in the lot the van followed us to our spot, the driver was out of van and getting our luggage before I had it out of my car!!
On return van was driving up as we exited airport and back to our car in 15 minutes if not less.

You guys listened when I complained about the gate that scans the QR code. Up until two years ago, it was impossible to get it to scan right. I would always have to get out of my car and get help. I wrote a note, expecting nothing. I got a polite response in return, but I still expected nothing. It seems whatever the problem was has been fixed.
