Ease to get to the airport

Shuttle is quickly available when going to and from the airport. Employees are friendly. So far, the car has always been in good condition when returning.

Everything went fine. Just wish there was a bench or a sign to specifically show drop off and pick up in Salt Lake City airport. But i use you guys every time where i go. The app is great and being able to get points for discounts is great.

They are right there when you come in to park. When you arrive they are there to take you to your car with minimal wait. I really like using them.

On one past trip I had to ask driver to load my bags into the shuttle. I should have sent a note about this then, but chose not to tip the driver instead. Being a short, elderly woman, having the driver load my bags is essential.
