First time using the service. It was easy to use, staff were friendly. I got back late and it was easy to find the bus back to where I parked my car. I will definitely use the service again on shorter trips.

The service has been good and it was nice being covered with all the snow. On the down side, I had a flight canceled and I tried to extend my stay on your website and each time it wouldn’t access the site.

The facility is manned 24 hours a day it seems. There's always someone there to great you and direct you to where to park. The shuttle ride is very convenient and we never have to wait long for it. The staff are very courteous and professional. I've been parking here since 2021.

I arrived home on Tues, Jan. 27 about midnite with temperature about 15 degrees and I did not have a winter coat. My car was in the uncovered area (a Prius) and was snowed in. The attendant you had covering the lot that night went above and beyond to help me. I should mention that I am a 79 year old woman with some mobility issues. He not only helped clear the snow from my wheels but when I tried to get the car and defrosters working - - my battery was dead! He jumped the battery and continued to clear my windshield and back window. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was my angel that night. Refusing to leave me until he knew that I was able to get my car out and be on my way. That employee deserves a commendation from you.

I travel often for work and pleasure. Parking spot 3 has always been my favorite. Pricing is fair, the app is easy to use, and the shuttle is quick. Drivers have always been very helpful!

Convenient!! Shuttle is quick to pick you up at your car and load your bags. Wait time for shuttle back is usually very short and again, convenient to be dropped off right at your car and bags unloaded for you.

It is totally covered parking where you park your car and the shuttle arrives within a few minutes to load your luggage and transport you to the airport. Very efficient with friendly drivers! Returning from the airport is just as efficient. The shuttle takes you directly to your car. 👍👍
