I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle here. The lot was clean and secure. Snow could have been cleared better though.

I had originally paid for covered parking but with the snow issue, I was told to go to the other lot with uncovered parking.
Thank you for charging me only for the uncovered and I did not have to take it up with management to get the price difference.

Easy peasy! Drive out, park, get my luggage out of my car and VOILA!!! There the shuttle is to take me and my stuff to the airport! I can book online to reserve a space so don't have to worry that the lot is full like [you] have to do with the DIA lots!

The Parking Spot garage is close to the terminal and the shuttles come by promptly to take you back and forth. The shuttle drivers are always polite and helpful.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful, from the customer service when my discount didn't initially apply (they were able to apply it afterwards), to the location staff, to the driver. We hardly waited to get driven to the airport from the location, and the return pickup was not too long a wait either. Communications were clear and helpful throughout the process. We will definitely use The Parking Spot again!

Friendly, helpful drivers. Our driver was flexible; we got notice of a terminal change en route from the Parking Spot to the airport...no problem. The driver navigated through all the construction at DFW and got us to the right place in good time.
On the return we didn't have a long wait for the shuttle. Checked in on the app and saw that the shuttle was at our terminal. Dropped us off right at our car. Fantastic service.
