The bus is always quick, clean and great service. Very easy to book. Will not use any other Company. Oh and the lady through the night in the kiosk is always lovely!
The staff at entry, exit, and the drivers were all friendly and efficient. It’s close to the airport and affordable. I always recommend it to people for short trips over using uber.
I have been using the Parking Spot at both Houston Airports for over 10 years. I am happy to say that there have been very few instances where I have had problems. I really appreciate the attitude and moral of all employees as most are eager and ready to assist. They also have a great rewards program that builds up quickly, which allows for free days and an occasional vehicle wash while you travel.

Convenient and seamless process
The shuttle picked me up right away from the parking to the airport and the same thing happened coming back. I was picked up right away from the airport and dropped off by my car.
The lot was convenientl located close to the airport. The shuttles were quick to pick up and return us to/from the airport and drop us off at the correct terminal location. The cost of parking was reasonable.

The employees are the best, especially the ones that bring up your car when you are arriving back. Helping to load your luggage back into your car and opening your car door for you.

My dad has always used this location and now I do too. It’s one of the closest to LAX. The prices are reasonable. The shuttles come frequently. They always have waters available for you.
Being able to book on-line and having the apt on my phone was great. Secondly they are right there to pick you up at the car and place your bags in the bus. It only took 10 mins. from the time we pulled up to the gate until we were dropped off at the airport.

Lo facil que es reservar online. Son muy amables, eficientes al recogernos en los bus para llevarnos al aeropuerto y tambien de regreso al estacionamiento. Y algo que no sabia es que se pueden canjear los puntos acumulados. En definitiva estoy muy satisfecha con sus servicios. Gracias
