Pickup at vehicle. Buses run often. Easy to find bus and figure out the process. Close to the Airport - fast.

It snowed 15" two days before our trip. We had a 6AM flight out of BDL, arriving at the Parking Spot at 4:45AM. We were immediately directed to the rows that had been recently plowed, followed by the shuttle, and picked up with the driver carrying our suitcases onto the shuttle. He was very courteous and professional.

Our return flight to BDL arrived at 10:30PM, and when I stepped outside the Parking Spot shuttle was waiting. The driver took us directly to our vehicle, and carried our suit cases off of the shuttle to the rear of my vehicle. The driver was also courteous and professional.

It's easy to get to and very convenient. We have had very good experiences parking there. After our last trip our car battery was dead, and within minutes they had someone there with a quick start machine and we were on our way. That was so appreciated. We can choose outside or covered parking, and it seems to be very secure.

Very helpful and friendly

Making the reservations was easy, the shuttle was right there to pick us up to bring us to the airport as well as on our return. My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to actually speak to a customer service agent. I had to make an adjustment to my reservation because our flight was canceled at the last minute. Someone was so kind to make the appropriate adjustments and issue a partial refund but having a conversation over the phone would have been easier.

Ease of entry/exit, quick shuttle times and helpful drivers.

Online reservations are clear and easy. QR codes work to make checking and checkout quick. Shuttles arrive within minutes and provide reminder slips of where you park. But it’s the above and beyond that really make the difference! I dropped my glove while exiting in freezing temperatures at 2am, got home and called, talked to a real person!, and they saw and retrieved it so I could get it the next day. Recently, my car was parking there during a heavy snowstorm. Shuttle driver shoveled behind me while I cleaned off my car. He had offered to do that too! Just excellent service all around.

The ease of booking online, getting picked up by the shuttle, receiving a card with parking location, and getting dropped off.

The only thing I was bothered by was how the app wasn’t working by not letting me request pick up or track the shuttle. I also feel like the the card isn’t detailed enough of where the pick up is with what floor, etc.

Reserving a spot on line is easy. Once you arrive check in is easy and fast. Buses come through quickly and get you to airport on time!
