Great customer service. We were parked and picked up in less than 10 minutes to the airport. Upon our return, the bus driver helped bring our luggage off as well. 10/10 way better than using the airport parking lot

Easy access to the airport. A parking attendant was on the property to help with entrance and directions. The bus was prompt and the driver was helpfu.

Friendly, helpful and efficient

Straight to our terminal

Quick shuttle pick up in the parking area and at the airport.

Easy in, easy out, the staff are always courteous, the car is there ready for us when we return even if the flights are delayed.

Love it.

Everything

Easy in and out

When I travel I always park my car at the “parking spot” and I enjoy the fast service and friendly drivers ♥️

Easy in and out. Got a special rate which made it even better.

Easy to make reservations and a pretty good price to park a car for a few days off-site of the airport. Also I really appreciate the friendly and professional shuttle drivers, especially offering to load the luggage back in the car's trunk upon arrival.

Everyone we deal with is so gracious and helpful.
You fulfill all the needs for are trips and make it a total experience.

Parking access was pretty good. I did not know that premium parking was offered for this location until I arrived. I will definitely look at booking it on my next trip. The drivers were very courteous, kind, and helpful with assisting passengers on and off the bus. they definitely deserve a pay raise. Keep up the good.

Providing water bottles when leave, friendly driver & helps with luggage, picks up & drops off by car, quick pick up in parking spot

The pick up was timely…both ways! This was our first experience and we would do it again!!

EZ- book on line! Great staff and reliable service. Thank you!

Easy to make reservations, very clean.

Using the App and pre paying driving up and getting a covered spot as promised. And the pick up from the terminal we waited about 10 minutes for the North lot bus. Very smooth and easy. Thank you as coming back from. A vacation was pleasant

Reliable

Friendly people

You are always there for me

Easy to get in and out of the airport and airport area. Multiple shuttles and little wait time. Thanks guys!

Easy in, easy out. Friendly drivers. No muss, no fuss. Very convenient and a value when traveling. My sister used the Love Field services this week per my suggestion.

Convenient.

Very nice drivers and prompt buses

Shuttle service to the airport from The Parking Spot not only saves money on parking but also navigating the airport, struggling with bags across the parking lot, and stressing about getting to the airport early enough. The Parking Spot regularly offers discount codes to make it even more affordable. I can’t recommend it enough.
