Easy to reserve and park. Shuttle service is quick. However it should be easier to enter. I had a QR code and tried to just move to where I was reserved but was stopped by an employee who told me I needed to wait as she was working on another entrance trying to answer questions. If there are not enough staff to work each entrance since we can't just move through, why are they marked as open.

Excellent service with drivers ... Second time in last few months we were charged full day for over an hour or so ??? Seems should have a leadway when checking out.

On-line reservations are easy.

I like that there’s no waiting. When we park, there’s a shuttle immediately there and when we get back to the airport there is little to no wait for a shuttle to show up. The drivers are always friendly and seem to actually enjoy their job.
