I appreciate that you guys have improved the signage on the shuttles to clearly indicate that there are two locations for the parking spot, one West, one South, one blue, one red. The merger of US airport parking and the spot where I almost got on the wrong shuttle going from the airport back to my car and there is no way that could have happened now. Thank you for making it easy and obvious to know which shuttles to get on and which location is which.

From entering to leaving the premises. We’re all good. We only had one problem this past weekend when the driver just dropped our bag outside of the bus. Normally the gentleman usually puts into our trunk. I guess we just got a driver that didn’t want a xtra tip. Oh well. His lost.
