Overall good, however shuttle wait at car was around 10-15 minutes on hot day, july 2.

I’ll give it a 10 out of 10. The driver is always so kind. They take you right to your car. They help you with your luggage if needed. They wait until you get in your car. Rain or shine, I can count on your services. Thank you.

I liked that the process was seamless. I loved how the van followed me to my parking spot and then provided me with a card that had my parking spot number and directions for my return trip. I loved that the drivers helped with my luggage and even put my luggage in my car when I returned.
