The convenient. The buses have a good turn around. They are there picking up at your car when you arrive. No issues with my car. Covered parking. The slots are a little small but good for a normal size car.
Easy sign-up. Easy entrance and exit. Love the immediate pickup at my car and the airport.
Convenient & easy to use app. Only waited a couple of minutes for pickup on return flight.
I had a minor issue the last time I used The Parking Spot. I elected to get my car detailed but didn't know I was supposed to leave my keys at the front office and my shuttle driver didn't have envelopes to take my keys. Not a big deal, just a little mix up. That process could be improved upon. But, I was really impressed by how the situation was handled. Just quick refund back on my card. I put in a customer service request but it was already handled before I even got a response. Didn't have to argue about it or explain 100 times. The company just did the right thing without me even having to ask. This gives me a lot of confidence in using The Parking Spot again. I'll even give the detail service another try.
Drop off and pickup were both flawless!
Great service! Don’t have to drive in to the airport. Drivers are the best, courteous, timely. Even with the new parking garage and train, I prefer Parking Spot. Hate driving anywhere near that airport. Thx!!
