We had a great experience during our last trip. Both our drivers from and to the lot were great and very helpful - especially the driver that picked us up at 12:30 am on 10/4 (Saturday into Sunday). He was going to go as far as put our luggage into our trunk.

very easy to locate and the vans came around within a few minutes of me landing...everything went smooth
Easy online registration, shuttle pickup with usually friendly helpful drivers, convenient drop off/pickup at the terminal, easy entrance and exit (WiFi not always easily available for me on exit but that could be my device). Friendly customer service at the entrance/exit booth. I also like the AAA discount or other discounts that are offered.

It’s just convenient. I don’t like the pricing where you now have to walk to catch the bus to get the least expensive price. I haven’t checked other lots ever but may next time to compare.
