I like that when we arrive to drop off our car, the shuttle is always waiting to pick us up. The drivers are helpful and friendly. They never complain when helping me with my overpacked luggage.
I must say that the other shuttles: 1, Plus and Fly are always parked in Parking Spot 2's spot at the airport. They just sit there waiting and sometime talking to people and Parking Spot 2 shuttle has to drive around and come back.
Cost. And the service is amazing. Short wait times and I love the water when I leave.

Generally, the shuttles are running consistently. Although sometimes you can tell some drivers are more consistent and work harder than others.
You made it easy for me to pay the extra day charge since our flight delays brought us back a day late. BTW, you need to fix a glitch in your app as it did not allow me to prepay for the extension in the app. It showed an error message when I tried to pay.
Glad it charged the discounted rate at the gate when we left the garage, but not knowing the exact charge earlier added some stress to our delay.

The staff are usually helpful and friendly. I parked in the uncovered area and prepaid. When I checked out it stated I parked in the covered area and wanted to charge me extra. The staff remembered my area of parking and over ride the computer with apologies. The driver passed me up as I had just pulled into the spot, as he came back around he saw me and joked with me about not seeing me. As long as the cost stays reasonable I will continue to park with the Parking Spot.
The detailing, when I get it, is the best. Frequent buses.
Easy to book and convenient to the airport
This is the 3rd time we have used the parking spot. They are conveniently located near the Columbus airport. I've never had to wait more then a few minutes for pickup. They help with our luggage, they are very friendly, and they are very reasonable in their pricing. I like that not just anyone can pull into the lot. I received a very respectful discount as a AAA member.
