We scheduled our time slot in advance using the online tools and the check-in process was easy. Just show the QR code on your phone and the attendant will direct you to the assigned aisle and row. Our shuttle driver was there before we got our luggage unloaded from the car. He helped us load the the luggage, gave us the receipt, and we were on our way. He provided some coaching about where to go once we were inside the terminal and helped unload the luggage. On the return, we had the same driver who brought us to the airport and he recognized us. We handed him the ticket and he confirmed it was his handwriting. after a short ride to the parking area, he dropped us at our vehicle and helped unload the luggage. On the way out there was some complimentary cold water bottles, which was nice since we were dehydrated from the flight. Again, scan the QR code, the receipt comes up. It matched the price quoted online and we paid by credit card and were on our way home.

Simple, well explained booking process, easy in, easy out and wonderful, friendly folks.

The Parking Spot is convenient and affordable. Currently with all the construction at the airport, parking out at Parking Spot is so much easier.

The attention to patrons when they are in a difficult situation. Our car did not start when we got there and it was all hands on deck to try to get us moving. The team was hospitable, caring, and gracious. I cannot say enough things about how they assisted us.

Convenience, Price and Service

I had reserved the spot online. Finding the Parking Spot South was easy. The shuttle arrived withing few minutes and while returning the shuttle was waiting outside. The driver dropped me off where my car was parked.

Making a reservation is simple. The shuttle service is great and the staff is excellent. The only downside is that the shuttles are nit handicap accessible.

Shuttle arrived as soon as I parked, taking m directly to departures. And a shuttle was waiting at arrivals after I grabbed my luggage.

Can’t beat that!
